Obtaining Vox Studio Support

First make certain you have the latest version of Vox Studio. If you still experience difficulties using Vox Studio please look for a solution to your problem in the extensive on-disk manual. If this fails to solve your problem, contact your local distributor or Xentec direct for support. We will be happy to be of service. Our valued customers get our undivided attention, and we will do our best to help you immediately. May we remind you, however, that the registration printout (from the Help menu in Vox Studio) is your passport to support. Customers who have sent in their fully completed registration printout are eligible for support and upgrades. Support is given promptly by fax or E-mail.
